How do I measure myself for sizing?

The best time to measure yourself is in the morning close to when you wake up. Sit on a chair and have your foot planted on the floor. Take a measuring tape and measure around the ankle and then for the calf, measure at the widest point and avoid tightening with the measuring tape for the most accurate reading.

How do I know which compression level is best for me?

Your doctor will prescribe compression level best for you but the 15-20 mmHg is generally good for everyday wear without a prescription.
